Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) carefully before purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or otherwise using any paid feature, subscription plan, dashboard, tool, bot, alert, AI-assisted functionality, or related service made available by Deeepr.ai (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the Deeepr.ai platform, website, applications, or related interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and shall be read together with the Privacy Policy and all other disclosures, notices, subscription terms, and platform-specific conditions made available by the Company from time to time.
By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. General Policy
Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company in writing or required under applicable law, all payments made to the Company in relation to subscription plans, premium features, AI-assisted tools, analytics services, dashboards, alerts, educational material, or any other paid functionality on the Platform are final and non-refundable.
You acknowledge and agree that the Platform primarily provides access to digital, software-based, AI-assisted, informational, analytical, and technology-enabled services which become accessible immediately or substantially immediately upon activation of your subscription or purchase. Accordingly, refunds, credits, reversals, or partial reimbursements shall generally not be provided once a billing cycle has commenced or access to the relevant service has been granted.
No refund, whether full or partial, shall be due merely because:
- you did not use the Platform;
- you used the Platform only partially;
- you were dissatisfied with any feature, output, interface, or functionality;
- any AI-generated or AI-assisted output did not meet your expectations;
- market conditions, trading outcomes, or investment decisions did not produce anticipated results;
- you failed to cancel a recurring subscription prior to renewal; or
- you subsequently decided not to continue using the Platform.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
- The Platform may offer free and paid subscription plans, including recurring monthly, quarterly, annual, or other billing structures determined by the Company from time to time.
- By subscribing to any paid plan, you authorise the Company and its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, levies, and charges associated with your selected plan.
- Subscription fees may be billed automatically on a recurring basis unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this Policy or the applicable subscription terms.
- The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, plan inclusions, quotas, usage limits, feature availability, billing structures, or subscription categories prospectively at any time in its sole discretion.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, billing interface, or by contacting the Company through the designated support channels made available on the Platform.
- Cancellation of a subscription shall prevent future renewals only and shall not entitle you to any refund, reversal, or credit for the then-current billing cycle or any previously charged fees.
- Unless otherwise stated by the Company, if you cancel a subscription, access to paid features may continue until the expiry of the then-current subscription period, following which the subscription shall not renew automatically.
- The Company may require cancellation requests to be initiated prior to the next billing date in order to avoid processing of the next recurring charge.
4. Free Trials, Promotional Access, and Beta Features
- The Company may, from time to time, offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounted subscriptions, beta-access programs, complimentary usage periods, referral benefits, or other promotional access mechanisms.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company, conversion from any free trial or promotional plan into a paid subscription shall remain subject to this Policy and shall be non-refundable once billing occurs.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, modify, or discontinue any trial, promotional offer, or beta-access program at any time without liability.
5. Payment Failures and Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks, payment reversals, or banking disputes in relation to validly processed subscription charges.
In the event of any unauthorised or bad-faith chargeback attempt, the Company reserves the right to:
- suspend or terminate your account;
- revoke access to paid services;
- recover outstanding dues and associated costs; and/or
- take such legal or contractual action as may be permissible under applicable law.
Nothing contained herein shall restrict your rights under applicable law in cases involving genuine unauthorised transactions or fraud.
6. Service Modifications and Availability
- You acknowledge and agree that the Platform, including its AI-assisted functionalities, dashboards, tools, alerts, integrations, outputs, and features, may evolve continuously and may be modified, upgraded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
- Temporary downtime, maintenance interruptions, model limitations, AI inaccuracies, latency, third-party outages, or feature modifications shall not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
7. Modifications to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, replace, or update this Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
